How to use the portal
A quick guide for students and partner agencies. For questions about studying in Malaysia, fees and policies, see the FAQ.
For students
1. Create your account
Register with your email on the portal sign-up page. New accounts are reviewed by Imma ScholarLink — you can complete your profile right away, and applying is enabled once your account is approved.
2. Complete your profile
Fill in your personal details, passport information and contact details, and add a profile photo if you like. A complete profile speeds up document review.
3. Choose a program and apply
Browse universities and programs, then submit an application and choose a Standard or Premium service package. Fees are arranged offline with our team.
4. Upload your documents
Upload your passport, transcripts, certificates and other required documents. Our team reviews each file and will let you know if anything needs to be re-uploaded.
5. Track progress and download results
Your application moves through ten clear stages, from Application Submitted to Enrollment Completed. You are notified by email at every change, and your offer letter and visa approval appear in the portal for download.
For partner agencies
Register your agency with your contact details. Imma ScholarLink reviews every new partner and emails you once the agency is approved; from then on the My students section works in your portal, where you can:
- Add and manage your own students
- Submit applications and upload documents on their behalf
- Track every stage of your students’ applications and download their offers
You will only ever see the students and applications that belong to your agency.
