These terms govern your use of the Imma ScholarLink website and portals (the “Platform”), operated by Imma ScholarLink (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The service

The Platform lets students and partner agencies prepare and track university applications, upload supporting documents, and receive updates. All applications are reviewed and submitted to universities by Imma ScholarLink.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date.
• New accounts are reviewed and approved by Imma before applications can be submitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Agency accounts may act only on behalf of students who have authorized them to do so.

Your content and documents

• Documents you upload must be genuine, accurate and belong to you (or to a student who has authorized you).
• Submitting forged or misleading documents is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant institutions.
• You retain ownership of your documents; you grant us permission to store and share them as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform — including attempting to access data that is not yours, probing or disrupting the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Fees

Service fees are currently arranged and paid offline and confirmed by Imma ScholarLink. Any applicable fees, and their refund terms, are communicated to you before you commit to a service package.

No guarantee of outcomes

Admission and visa decisions are made solely by universities and government authorities. We will represent your application diligently, but we cannot and do not guarantee admission, scholarship or visa outcomes.

Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, branding and content (other than content you upload) belong to Imma ScholarLink and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform, including decisions made by universities or authorities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the Platform and ask us to delete your account at any time via the contact page.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
