EMGS student visa process: what changed in 2026

Passport and boarding pass ready for travel [demo]

Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) has moved health screening to a digital submission, which shortens the average approval time by around one week.

Students must complete the screening at an EMGS-panel clinic in their home country and have the clinic upload the result directly.

We handle the EMGS portal submission on your behalf; you only need to attend the clinic appointment.
